Our objective was the ideation and prioritization of use cases by level of ambition with regards to business topics and objectives, as well as to propose a technical solution, operating model, and implementation roadmap.
Outcome
Open Data strategy shared by all stakeholders with 10 first prioritized use cases, including two for imminent launch.
Summary document to assist the CEO's decision on the launch of the program.
