Pascal Simon is a Partner at Emerton and Emerton Data. He has 24 years of experience managing and delivering strategy, operational and digital or data projects, combining 22 years in leading consulting firms (Mars & Co, Boston Consulting Group, Emerton) with 2 years at Constellium Aerospace and Transportation (aluminium industry).
Pascal has deep expertise in operational performance, built through high-stakes assignments for global corporations (organisation and process redesign, performance and cost reduction plans, industrial footprint redesign), most of them with a large digital and data component. He has also led many strategy projects (portfolio optimisation, growth strategy, due diligence) for large corporations, industrial mid-sized companies and private equity funds.
Drawing on his dual consulting and industrial experience, Pascal has developed deep expertise in industry, particularly process and materials industries, aerospace and automotive. He has also led many projects in the energy and environment sectors.
Pascal holds a Master of Engineering from École Centrale Paris and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
