They are business first, and they help our clients crack hardest business problems, which require both deep data science and business skills. These include developing digital & data strategy, use case framing and data/AI due diligences.

Michelle has an extensive experience in business strategy, digital strategy and advanced data analytics, and industrial performance and optimization across multiple sectors in Europe and Latin America. Michelle speaks Portuguese, English, and French.
Julie Caredda, Partner at Emerton Data. She has over 20 years' experience in digital, data and AI. Julie has extensive expertise in helping CAC40, SBF120 and mid-sized companies define and implement their digital and data transformation roadmaps.
Julio Louzada, Ph.D., is CTO of Emerton Data and Kaukana Ventures. He has over 10 years of experience in Tech, Data & AI. Julio has vast expertise in building and managing startups, innovative products, and tech teams.

Jérôme Feroldi is Principal Data & DevOps Engineer of Emerton Data. He has 10 years of experience in technical design and sales for steel manufacturing and oil&gas transportation, as well as building and operating data products in industrial context.
Ugo is an associate partner, in charge of the customer-centricity & marketing performance practice of Emerton Data, with a particular expertise in consumer goods, financial services & agri-food. After a combined 7 years in Greater China, Ugo is also leading the company’s activities in Asia.
Yannick Léo, Ph.D., is Associate Partner & Data Science Director of Emerton Data. He has over 10 years of experience in the Data & AI domains. Yannick is leading the data science and scientific research at Emerton Data. He has a strong expertise in the development of data products and definition of data strategy.
